Fluent in english both writing and speaking is a must
Experience in working with ticketing system (i.e. Freshdesk)
Able to cooperate Microsoft Office as well
Able to assist clients via chat, email, phone call, and video call
Collaborate with QA team and developers to ensure product quality
Have work experience in IT Company will be a plus
